Q | Are these lights of proper quality? |
A | They definitely are! I just like every fellow Singaporeans; I have very stringent expectations of my products. I fly directly to the manufacturer monthly to oversee the manufacturing of the batches I Order, accepting the good ones, and test every single one of them myself before bringing it back to Singapore! |
Q | I’m using normal florescent tube, how to change to LED tube? |
A | Easy plug and play, no rewiring needed. i) Switch off the light, ii) twist and take out the current florescent tube and unplug the starter. iii)twist in the new LED tube and switch the lights back on. |

Q | Do you do delivery? |
A | Yes, we charge $20-$30 for Singapore island wise delivery (excluding of sentosa, jurong island) you may option for self collection which no delivery charges involved. |

Q | What sort of guarantee does our LED Energy saving lights come with? |
A | Our lights come with 1 year manufacturer warranty(except for LED Strip). Warranties only apply for normal use of bulbs & driver and do not include mis-use or usage for which the bulb was not intended to perform. |
Q | How much could I save by switching to LED light? |
A | It saves 50-90% energy over energy saving, incandescent or halogen lights. Payback from electric savings can be achieved within 1.3 years. There are other savings from lower maintenance and air conditioning costs. |
Q | Are LEDs more efficient than other light source such as incandescent and fluorescent types? |
A | Yes, they are, LED are used more often over time as incandescent light replacements. There are at least 4 other advantages on using LEDs over incandescent sources. – longer lifetime, i.e. years rather than months of service |
